Solar Austin: 2023 Summer Solstice Celebration
June 23 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We are excited to invite you to Solar Austin’s FOURTH annual Summer Solstice Celebration! Join us at Veracruz All Natural in East Austin as we share updates on our community advocacy for renewable energy, and soak up the sunniest day of the year!
Come enjoy food, drink, live performances by Austin musicians, solar car racing for the kids (and fun-loving adults) while you catch up with your solar friends! Tickets include food from Veracruz All Natural, a paella cook-off by Stan Pipkin, veggie-friendly food made by our board members, Topo Chico and Clean Yerba Mate, beer from Black Star Coop, hard seltzer from Blue Norther and MightySwell, cocktails by Chawar, and others, plus live jams by Emily Keely and DJ La Moon.
The proceeds of this fundraiser will help scale our operations and deepen our local impact tremendously, so please consider attending/donating. Solar Austin swag will also be available for purchase.
Click on “Tickets” to reserve your spot. The Suggested Donation for a General Ticket is $35.
Please reach out to tatianna.cannon@solaraustin.org if you need financial assistance with your ticket. We want everyone to be able to join. Kids don’t need a ticket, but we welcome your donation at the event!
Are you or your company interested in sponsoring the event? More information on sponsor benefits, donation levels, and how your funds support our work can be found here: https://www.mightycause.com/story/2023solstice
We look forward to celebrating the solstice—and community—with you on June 23rd!
