Mark your calendars! On May 12th, Solar Austin will be hosting our first virtual happy hour with Austin Energy’s Customer Renewable Solutions Manager, Tim Harvey. Come along as Tim walks us through the 35 year historical voyage of renewables at Austin Energy. Tim will outline the challenges encountered and discuss the adjustments, improvements, and lessons learned along the way.
After journeying through the historical evolution, Tim will then give us a glimpse of the future, detailing the ways that Austin Energy’s current renewable energy programs and offerings are setting the stage for the city’s renewable energy future. From the comfort of your home, please join us as we laugh, lament, and learn about Austin’s successes, failures, and challenges as our city gears up to address current community needs, through customer driven and experience informed programs.
